El fallo Arriola (A. 891. XLIV) es una sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina del 25 de agosto de 2009, por el cual la corte declar\u00f3 la inconstitucionalidad del art\u00edculo 14 (segundo p\u00e1rrafo) de la Ley N\u00b0 23.737.
